It was a reasonable hotel about 10-15 minutes walk away from Manger Square.
Quite easily, this could have been a four star rating but for the following: no complimentary bottle of water in fridge or water towers to be seen; check-in and check-out staff were 'obliging' (to put it nicely!), beds and pillows not particularly comfortable and breakfast, while extensive in terms of choice, was not matched with quality. Advantages: great views over Bethlehem from our room; generaly the hotel had a smart appearance and finally it did represent reasonably good value given how late we left it until booking.
