This charming elegant hotel was located in the heart of Camaguey - in a very safe area. The rooms where spacious and very clean with super high ceilings. Windows open into the courtyard so the noise level was to a minimum. Great stay!

Noisy streets near busy plaza

Nice hotel and reasonably priced. Nice area on the "Rooster Plaza". However, request a room as far from the plaza as possible. It was noisy, loud speakers with music until late, motorcycles, church bells at 6AM, etc. We were right above the street on the 3rd floor and it was too noisy to sleep well. Also, one elevator does not work and the one that is operational does not stop on the 3rd floor. So this means dragging luggage up or down a stairway in hot humid conditions. Air conditioning in rooms only. Room was small so easier for wall air conditioner to cool it after we arrived & unpacked.
