very disgusting , dirty hotel with extremely strong smell come from toilet which like a public washroom uncleaned for 10 years.
due to my job reason we travelled a lot for past 7 years and this must be the most terrible one I stayed before. First of all then we arrived cappadocia at night, we checked in this hotel which is the nightmare started. We told the staff about the situation about room, and hope it have some solution after we back from dinner. unfortunately, he can just offered us a can of air freshener which totally can't cover any of this disgusting smell, we can't change hotel cause it was really late.
we need to hold our breathing during our shower, shut the door when we sleep which make us totallt cannot rest well after such long, tiring flight.
Despite from terrible smell, the hotel room itself is dirty , old with minimal facility.
Breakfast was terrible with unfriendly staff, poor little choices, and super dark environment.
We skipped it and escaped from this nightmare asap .
when we check out, the owner finally here can we raised out the problem to him. He was nice but sadly nth can do.
That's why please re-considerate if you decide to book this hotel.
