10/10 Exceptional

Meriton in a great location. Great big apartment style rooms kitted out exactly as per the rest of their estate. A couple of great food options just outside the front door (Nepalese and Japanese), close to Woolworths town hall. Pool, Sauna and Jacuzzi are top class. The gym isn’t quite as good as other Meritons - the treadmills (both) slipped badly at anything above walking pace - that’s the only criticism.

6/10 Good

Housekeeping is not this property's strong suit. On day three, when our room was due for service, nothing had been done by 4 PM, so I called reception to remind them. They readily admitted they had forgotten and sent a cleaner quickly, but she only changed the towels and bedsheets. There was no actual cleaning done and we were checking out on day 4. Not very satisfied as housekeeping is the only service being provided.
