Not much to look at, at first glance. However, the rooms are nice, clean, and the beds comfortable. My room had a small fridge, microwave, and coffee maker...all the things I like to have in any room I book.
Staff is friendly. And, they let me pay with cash rather than the credit card I used to make the reservation.

The price was reasonable but make sure you ask for a ground floor room if stairs are a problem. Also, the noise of the many trains that announced themselves multiple times during the night made me wish I had brought really good ear plugs! Otherwise the room was very clean and comfortable!

We went on a 4 day road trip and this was our favourite hotel out of the 4 that we stayed in. The front desk was so friendly, helpful, and personable. And the room was spotless and very comfortable. 10 out of 10 would stay here again.

I stayed here earlier this year and was under renovation and looks like they are done. Really liked that there were no carpets. Spacious room, beds are comfortable. They do need better shower/bath soap and shampoo.

It had a fridge a microwave. We stayed the previous night as well and the first night we had issues. First off when we went in the spay air freshener was overpowering. The bed was too worn out and I couldn’t help but roll into the middle of the bed up against my husband (which isn’t always bad thing but this was uncomfortable)
A family arrived around 9:30 pm and they let their multiple children outside to burn off energy. And they had a lot of energy. Lots of screaming way past 11:00. I felt the staff should have been on top of that.
Then showering in the morning, my husband drew back the shower curtain to reveal a huge wad of long black hair stuck to the shower wall.
It must not have turned is off too much because on our way back through town we chose to stay there again. (Couldn’t beat the price) The front desk lady was much friendlier to me having recognized us.
Our second room was much better. The bed was newer and comfortable. The scent wasn’t nearly as strong as our first room. I think this will be our regular cheap stay as we pass through Hope on our way to Vancouver.

The location of the property is very convenient and a walking distance to Save on Foods and close to a very nice park.
Herbert, the office manager was very kind and offered a very nice welcome to us,

The owner was very friendly, and ready to help. Room was renovated, clean, spacious, wood floor, new furniture. We would definitely came back and I strongly recomand to anyone. Great place!!!!

Would never stay there again. Room was dirty & a large crack right down the window (window was filthy). No net curtains or blinds for privacy.
Badly fitting door showing light right through. Did not feel secure.
Bed comfortable.
Picture did not show the exact room we were given. Room booked because of details in photo you sent to us.
No heating & also TV kept switching off every 30 minutes.

Overall a good stay particularly based on such a great rate however there were a couple irritating issues that are simple fixes for the owners to make this a five star. The biggest issue was that the beds roll around, they aren’t fixed in place and it made it impossible to sit up and lean against the headboard because the bed just rolls away. Really irritating. Small detail but grr. Also the room we were assigned (#30) reeked of cigarettes. Not my favourite thing for sure. Otherwise a great property with comfy beds and nicely modernized reno.

Comfortable and reasonable prices.
