The place was within short driving distance to surrounding sites. The beds were comfortable. A negative thing was we had booked a triple room and we’re given an economy room. They ended up pulling apart the bed into two twins but the room was very small. Expedia tried to contact them and they were hung up on. All we were told was they made a mistake. I requested a refund of the difference in cost but haven’t received anything yet.

Zimmer war zwar klein aber ok. Leider nur einmal persönlicher Kontakt bei Ankunft. Dann alles nur per whats App. Nicht mal richtige Auskunft wie check out funktioniert. Wir hatten vor ab Transfer über die Unterkunft gebucht, jedoch mussten wir 45 min warten. Handtücher werden nur alle 3 Tage gewechselt, was heißt das sie nicht richtig trocknen konnten da Bad sehr klein und keine richtige Aufhang Möglichkeit. Dann wurde Eigentum einfach weggeworfen, da Putzfrau sich nicht sicher war was es ist( wiederverwendbare make up pads). Bei Nachfrage widerspruch in der Aussage (keine Entschuldigung, geschweige denn eine Entschädigung). Fenster konnte leider auch nicht geöffnet werden, da es entweder stark nach Essen roch, oder nach Müll und Abfluss (Fenster in den Hinterhof). Leider nicht weiter zu empfehlen.

It was very nice. The staff is friendly and helpful. There’s a top notch yoga studio (RYOGA) right next door! Central location. The only downside- we weren’t able to pay with a cc. We’ll be back for sure :)

the rooms were so clean, bright and quiet at night!! no street noise at all! we were in the heart of Rome in a beautiful, safe neighborhood...beautiful buildings...the instructions to use elevator, open doors etc was given a bit too fast so make sure you go thru all the keys, open the doors with keys, use elevator with the person on duty...once you do it, it's easy! LOL it's a B & B so no wake-ups, room service or staff around but i would definitely stay again....had expresso machine, mini-bar, toiletries...really so nice!! it's very cl;ean!!!!

Lage gut - Zimmer sauber, aber das war's dann schon. Zimmer extrem klein, noch nie so ein kleines Zimmer bzw. Bad gesehen! Kein Haken für Handtücher od Ablage. Kein Kasten, man konnte nicht einmal den Koffer aufgeklappt hinstellen. Personal nie gesehen, nur 1x bei der Ankunft! Kontakt nur per Whatsapp möglich. Für diesen Preis absolut nicht zu empfehlen.

Cozy and clean

Very clean, new, and modern and on a nice street in Rome with a short, easy walk from Termini Station. There is a lift as well. The property is on the 3rd floor. The rooms are small. Basically just a bed you have to walk around to get to the door or the tiny bath. There were two of us and it was somewhere between cozy and cramped. However m, it was quiet, the bed was comfortable, super clean, and a great night of sleep for a single night before catching a flight.
