Clean and very nice room! Location is great and service was also excellent. I was just surprised that there were no amenities except for soap and conditioner - so please be advised to bring toothpaste and body moisturiser and whatever amenities one might typically need.

The rooms were nice & cosy. Enjoyed the area around the hotel, plenty of options for eating , shopping & entertainment. Only thing I didn’t enjoy was the breakfast spread. For a 5 star rating hotel breakfast that didn’t even provide a nice coffee machine for cafe latte. Stayed for 4 nights , almost the same spread everyday.

Staff: friendly and helpful.
Location: 2min walking distance from Kaohsiung Arena station. Lots of good restaurants and bars in the neighborhood.
Room: facilities are very so so. Low end hairdryer, no usb plugs. Bathroom design is not user friendly. There is only one bottle of body wash for both sink and shower. In the shower, there is one very narrow rack for the body wash and hair conditioner. No hook and no space for your own stuff (which guests are very much encouraged to bring your own). It doesn't worth the price tbh.
