Very nice A&O for families. We were in the family Pvt room with our own bathroom. Very convenient. Close to the city centre (walking distance ) . The hostel has a nice breakfast area with children space too I would deff stay there again

Stay away!

We booked two rooms for our family and the first room was not made at all, entirely dirty. The second room was made but was still really dirty, holes in the wall, shaky bed, dirty bathroom - toilet not flushed. We booked two other rooms at the Moxy. Also not the first bad experience with a&o hostel but this was insane. Never again, pay a few Euros more for a clean hotel! Hotels.com didn't help us at all.

Wir waren insgesamt zufrieden. Preis Leistung passte sehr gut. Familienpolitik wird groß geschrieben in diesem Hostel. Der Rezeptionist war sehr freundlich, zuvorkommend und aufmerksam. Spieleecke für Kinder war klein aber fein. Lobby insgesamt nett zum kleine Runde aufhalten. Arbeitsbereich und Schließfächer vorhanden und sah alles ordentlich aus. WLAN im Zimmer war stabil. TV vorhanden - haben wir nicht genutzt. Innenstadt, Altstadt und Museen sind alle fußläufig gut erreichbar. Selbstversorgung gut möglich. Wir waren nur tagsüber in der Umgebung unterwegs. Nächtliches Zurückkehren ins Hostel können wir daher nicht bewerten. Aber in Hauptbahnhof-Nähe kennen wir das aus vielen Städten, dass das durchmischtes Klientel unterwegs ist. Bisher uns nichts Negatives untergekommen - wer freundlich in die Welt ruft, wird freundlich zurück gegrüßt. Oder so ähnlich. Aussehen ist doch bitte heutzutage jeden selbst überlassen. Sicherheitsdienst im Hostel ist freundlich und klar (auch um 20Uhr bereits, wenn die Kids zu sehr Randale machen). Ich fand's völlig in Ordnung und richtig. Die Einrichtung usw ist preisentsprechend mit deutlichen Gebrauchsspuren. Kinderbetten muss man selbst beziehen. Aber bei dem Preis voll ok. Reinigung unkompliziert per QR Code buchbar und war völlig okay. Aber ich erwarte bei einem Hostel eben auch nicht 4 Sterne Level. Betten waren top. Einziger Mangel: lüften im Sommer schwierig. Daher nachts schwüle Luft.

Preis - Leistung für meine Zwecke (nur eine Übernachtung, um am nächsten Tag einen Termin wahrzunehmen) einfach unschlagbar. Sehr nette Mitarbeiter am Empfang :-)! Das Zimmer und die Ausstattung sind minimalistisch, aber sehr sauber. Kleiner Fernseher, Handtücher, Duschgel verfügbar. Würde für den Zweck einer günstigen Übernachtung jederzeit wieder hier buchen .

Das Hostel liegt perfekt um die ganzen Sehenswürdigkeiten zu besichtigen (Auch zu Fuß)!! Ansonsten fährt immer eine Straßenbahn um weiter zu kommen.Das Hostel ist einfach aber sauber👌Netter Empfang und schnelles einschecken. Um das Hostel herum bewegen sich auffallend teilweise sehr verwahrloste Menschen-aber dafür kann das Hostel ja nichts!Wir waren im 6. Stock und konnten leider nicht mit gekippten Fenster schlafen da es auf der einen Seite den Zugverkehr gab und zur anderen den starken Autoverkehr auf der Hochstraße. Allerdings ist es total ruhig bei geschlossenem Fenster.Für 2 bis 3 Nächte würden wir dieses Hostel nochmal buchen!

Die Türe zum Flur konnte man nicht Abschließen, zudem war alles vom Flur laut und deutlich im Zimmer zu hören. Das gleiche gilt für das Badezimmer, die Türe hat unten einen riesen Spalt und dementsprechend keine Privatsphäre. Das Zimmer ging zu einer Art Hinterhof raus, wir haben die ganze Nacht über laute Nachbarn gehört, in einer Lautstärke als würden sie neben mir stehen. In dem „Zimmer mit Doppelbett“ waren zwei Einzelbetten die zusammen geschoben waren. Aufgrund des Rahmens konnte man nicht wirklich in das hintere Bett kommen. Außerdem stand noch ein Doppelstockbett im Zimmer, in einem Hostelzimmer bestimmt Praktisch aber wenn ich ein Hotelzimmer buche, erwarte ich etwas anderes. (Bei der dünnen Bad Türe möchte ich ungerne mit drei anderen Klassenkameraden in dem Zimmer sein) Zudem gab es keinen Wasserkocher, schade. Lage ist gut und Personal ist nett. Kann es aber nur an Alleinreisende empfehlen, die nachts keinen Sauerstoff brauchen und das Fenster wegen Lärm zu lassen.
