Acceptable but would not stay again
Definitely not a 4.5 star hotel, but at most a 3.5 for international standards. Extremely hard and uncomfortable beds with terrible pillows. The bathroom had an intense cigarette smell and was freezing as the heating does not reach it. I had one of the suites and they were relatively spacious and clean, so that was a positive, and the breakfast was acceptable. The location is also very central and most places are walking distance. Unfortunately there is a bar/club nearby, and you can hear loud music blasting (even from the 11th floor) until late even in the middle of the week.. The price is quite high compared to other 4/5 star hotels in the area that are slightly better..

Good hotel in a great location in the center of Chisinau. The style of the hotel is classic, the breakfast is good, the gym is basic. The rooms are very spacious, bright and clean. We had booked 2 rooms but the first night due to a mix-up on their part only one was available. The next day they gave us the second room. Overall it was a pleasant stay.

Best was the location. Everything is within walking distance. The Breakfast was very good. It was like a brunch. You don´t need lunch at all. Also the room was perfect, bed wide enough and the shower gave wonderfully hot water. But, big, big minus, The soundproofing is pitifully bad, even a normal conversation could be heard from the neighboring room, and in the morning I woke up to the ringing of the bell in the next room.

The front desk staff were very helpful. The hotel is in a perfect location for almost everything, there are a ton of food and coffee options nearby. The room was huge, very comfortable. The bathroom was also big and very new. The breakfasts were very well done, great spread of food options.
