Het appartement was oud en stoffig, “prive”badkamer was erg vies en slecht onderhouden. De zogenaamde keuken was ook echt erg vies, de eigenaar mag best de waterkoker etc vernieuwen, want die kon echt de prullenbak in! Je kon niks gebruiken want alles was echt heel erg vies! De dekens op de bedden mogen ook echt vernieuwd worden! Schandalig!

Det är svårt att betygsätta det här boendet. Det var inte vad jag förväntade mig men det var rätt så bra ändå. Plus: Läget är toppen. Rummen är stora. Badrummet rent. Det finns kök. Rummet vi hade var tyst förutom när de andra gästerna skramlade runt utanför för dörrarna var tunna. Wifi funkar utan anmärkning. Minus: Frukosten, den består av te/kaffe, croissant, rostbröd, marmelad och mjölk. För sött för mig. Däremot är det enbart ca 5 min till Carrefour så man kan komplettera med vad man mer vill ha så blir det bra ändå. Bäddsoffan skulle behöva en rejäl tygtvätt. Brand. Enda utrymningsvägen är via entrédörren. Om de andra låser dörren så går den enbart att öppna med nyckel dvs för att utrymma behöver du nyckel.

Arrivée à 20h45 la loueuse à la gentillesse de nous recevoir… moyennant un supplément de 30e… ça commence… accueil sympa… chambre spacieuse… salle de bain séparée, cuisine partagée: problème 4 places dans la cuisine, 3 chambre de 2…. Équipements de la cuisine plus que minimum, voir ridicule… et surtout, le lit, une horreur absolu… c’est inadmissible de faire dormir les gens sur un lit si vétuste et inconfortable… le point le plus valable est l’emplacement, honnêtement idéal… bilan je ne conseille à personne cet appartement qui est une vraie machine à cash et mériterait un minimum d’investissement pour le confort… en outre le petit déjeuner compris est une illusion, il se compose de pain beurre café et croissants industriels, comptez sur vos propres achats pour déjeuner correctement… je garderai le nom de la rue « via Ripetta » où Pazolini habitat… et l’an prochain quitte à rajouter 100 ou 150e la nuit je louerai un appartement décent! J’oubliais: on est congédié le jour du départ maximum à 9h30 mais la conciergerie est prête à vous remplacer des 9h…. Mais au miracle, si on veut laisser nos valises 1h ou 2 de plus comptez 10e supplémentaire, je n’ai pas demandé si c’était par valise, j’ai trouvé cette condition si mesquine qu’il en était hors de question… ça fait 40 ans que je voyage on ne m’avait encore jamais fait payer un service de courtoisie… a bon entendeur….

Property was clean and in a very good location. The bed was also very comfortable. The accommodation is however rather tired and breakfast is make it yourself with limited options. Also our check in was sub optimal as the person who greeted us had virtually no English so it was impossible to ask follow up questions

Excellent emplacement pour visiter Rome. Chambre spacieuse avec un grand lit et un matelas confortable. Petit déjeuner ne comporte aucun produit frais. Du pain en sachet, une cafetière trop petite pour faire de tasses de petit déjeuner. Vétusté des équipements sanitaires et de la salle de bain. Entretien plus difficile
