雖是公寓型態的住宿，卻有飯店般的服務 每日打掃客房、換洗毛巾，環境相當整潔溫馨，住起來很舒適 每天早上都有新鮮現做的豐盛早餐，早餐是08:00~10:00，如要提早用餐，員工也樂意配合住客的時間 親切的前台服務人員能提供叫車服務、有問題也能有效率地解決 公寓設有電梯，不需要扛著大行李爬樓梯，整體來說是相當理想的住宿體驗！

Stort rum. Hade gärna haft ett soffbord. Dock renoverades fasaden och byggställningar utanför gav en känsla av inbrottsrisk. Städaren lämnade öppnade fönster eller drog upp inbrottsgalleren.

Et bra opphold på hotellet. Ligger relativt sentralt, kun 10-15 min gange til sentrum. Hotellet hadde glimrende service og tilbød å hente oss på flyplassen. Det var lett å kommunisere med dem i forkant av oppholdet. Selve hotellet var ok+. Ikke så god isolering mellom rommene, men heldigvis var det rolig på ettermiddagene og gjorde derfor ikke noe.

No tiene recepción así que llegamos a Roma a las 7:35 por paro de trenes en Italia y nos tocó pagar 30 euros para que nos hicieran check in después de las 7:30 hora hasta la que hay alguien en recepción. Desayuno poco,simple todos los días igual nada para destacar Y lo más desagradable la insistencia por whasapp preguntando si llegábamos y a qué hora y que diera más tarde eran 60 euros desesperante y angustiante mientras que no teníamos solución diferente!!!!

This is really cute, small place. The cookies, coffee, and tea available all day in the breakfast nook were a nice touch. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was tasty. The room was quiet and the bed was comfortable. My only small complaint is that the shower was a bit awkward, with the rain shower head strangely placed. Other than that, everything was as advertised (the pictures are accurate!) At first, I wasn't sure I'd like the location, but it turned out to be really nice (and away from the hordes of tourists that swarm Rome, even in the off season!) There is a pretty plaza nearby and places to eat, and it's easy to walk to a variety of popular attractions.

Great location and base for exploring anywhere in Rome, good transport links and easy to walk literally anywhere. The property is very clean, comfortable and well kept. Only draw back, the lack of a 24hr reception or failing that, a key safe option means an extra £30 cost..

Friendly and helpful people. I felt very welcomed and comfortable there. I highly recommend this hotel. The only surprise I got was that they would charge €40 if you arrived after 10 p.m. My flight was delayed, and I had to pay the extra €40 that was not specified in Expedia. It was more about Expedia's mistake than the hotel's. They showed me their policies. Also, Expedia had a picture of a washing machine. It was not true. So, I was kind of disappointed with two unexpected details.

The property is clean and very well located. Nice rooms and lovely kitchen. There is a brother and sister that run the property. The brother is absolutely lovely. The sister and and one of the staff persons is a complete nightmare. Unfriendly and unaccomodating. If the brother ran this place alone it would be perfect! Problems to be aware of were: 1. Limited staffing so you are on your own. 9AM-2AM Not quick to reply on what’s app. Needed an iron and never got a response. 2. As a result of the hours there is no real bag hold possibility after check out. 3. Definitely skip the breakfast. 4. They have a kitchen but even if you want to heat something the sister says “it’s not for customers.” 5. I had some personal issues while I was there and as compensation I travelled half the country and lugged back a great bottle of wine as a present to the sister and she ungratefully took the wine and continued to be rude. 6. She charged me 30-50 EXTRA euros for check in after hours when NO where on the reservation/rules did I see that! Worse is that it was a return visit so all they had to do was give me the keys (no checkin process required). Renter beware of these issues.
