"Poolside entertainment great fun. Breakfast and lunch menu good value. The barmen hard working and always friendly.
The new massage therapist is fantastic. Not the normal hotel massage guy. Real deal therapist. Booked more than once "
"In total there were 15 of us staying in various locations. My stay in Gloria Palace was excellent , staff were most friendly, cleanliness was perfect, rooms all have sea views & are most spacious.
I had only one complaint, my main course meal, which was duck, was inedible. I was unable to eat it as it was tough. I told my waitress but nothing was done ! So I again mentioned at reception & was told by the gentleman that he would ask his boss. When I was checking out I again asked & was told that nothing could be done!!! Such a pity that it wasnt dealt with correctly. "
"We were pleasantly surprised and really impressed with this hotel. Great location for the Yumbo Centre, very friendly and helpful staff, spotlessly clean room and a great pool. Would definitely recommend this place."
"We had a lovely relaxing 8 days. Nothing was too much trouble for staff. Meliá hotels are excellent.
We paid extra for The Reserve and it was definitely worth it.
The Reserve breakfast and lunch buffet was ideal. The pool was fabulous with Bali beds and lots of loungers.
Maivelys was incredible serving drinks, fruit and ice cream.
She definitely deserves a special mention and is a true asset to the Paradisus."
"The place was amazing. We would definitely return in the future. The cleanliness and quality of food and drink were top notch. The grounds and location to the boardwalk were one of the things that completed our trip. "
