Location for Ingrami suites is great but service was the worst we have ever seen. The manager DARIO is a nightmare and should not be working in hospitality at all. All of us staying there were very disappointed with DARIO and we will never stay there for as long as DARIO works there. We had an emergency in the AM and he refused to help because it is before hours and he hung up on us and never answered our texts begging for his help.

Great location.

We had a junior suite which was lovely. High ceilings and very spacious. You would have to pay extra to change your towels, otherwise they are changed every 2 days. Breakfast was ok but there wasn’t much space and only one person could go up at any one time. It felt very cramp and we just had breakfast quickly so we could leave which was a bit of a shame. Location is great! Lots of the sites in walking distance.

Highly recommend Ingrami Suites B&B

Wonderful accomodations off Piazza Spagna within walking distance of many historic Roman sites. Very updated rooms and baths in a hundreds-year-old building. Be prepared to roll/carry your luggage down a beautiful winding marble staircase. Our ground-level room could acess an enclosed shared courtyard, which was too hot to enjoy during our visit except very early in the morning, but it was lovely. Rooms were blissfully quiet- couldn't hear street noise at all. Beds were comfy. Manager Dario did all he could to ensure a pleasant stay, including restaurant suggestions and booking both cruise port and airport shuttles for us. The only hitch was the time zone and response lag in communications. Ingrami is a B&B, and they don't have someone at the front desk 24/7.

Great Stay at Ingrami Suites

Wonderful stay at the Ingrami Suites. Dario is a great and helpful host. We asked and he arranged for a Van pickup at the Rome cruise port after we got off our cruise ship. The only confusion was an understanding of the scheduled pick up time. Next time I would confirm time in advance. The Bed and Breakfast is located in a wonderful area with many restaurants and shopping. Dario is a great host as we only had two nights and he provided a packed breakfast for us since we had early excursions and departure so could not take part in the included breakfast. We also received an upgraded room upon arrival. Be aware there is no elevator and if you have heavy luggage it will be a challenge on the steps. I would stay here again but have smaller luggage. Dario also arranged transportation to airport which worked out great.

Ingrami Suites is in a wonderful location. We stayed in 2 different rooms. The junior suite was much larger and nicer than the standard double. When we first arrived. They told us they would send a driver to pick us up at the airport, after waiting 20 minutes, I called Dario, he said they should be there? After we waited longer I called him again, To tell him we would take a taxi. He said wait longer because if we took a taxi we would have to pay for both taxi, and the driver he sent? Wow!!! I have never heard of anything like that before. When the driver eventually arrived. It was long walk to the car..When we got to the property our room was still not ready ( they reserve the right to not let one check in till 3pm) and that is what happened. As our trip continued, I got to like Dario better. but he really started on the wrong foot with me.

Amazing boutique hotel close to everything

My husband and I stayed at this amazing boutique hotel for 3 nights. Location is excellent, we walked everywhere. Service amazing. Dario is very easy to get in contact with, fixed a taxi that picked us up at the airport and arranged for a late self check in. The rooms are tidy and quiet. Breakfast was very good, with yoghurt, bread, amazing bruschetta, salami, fruits, juice and your own choice of coffee. We would definitely stay here again and will recommend to family and friends!

The host was so helpful with car bookings, great breakfast, and very nice hotel conveniently located. There are a lot of steps so be mindful of that with luggage. They did help us out when we requested. I would definitely stay here again! The room was clean and beautiful. The restaurant next door had good food for dinner and it was right at the top of the spanish steps.

Great location next to the Spanish steps and a couple of restaurants. Jazz club Gregory nearby - very convenient. Not 24hr reception and rooms are below ground level (no lifts) so not suitable if carrying quite a fair bit of luggage. Offers breakfast but not a lot of variety and enclosed space. Quite a few rules to follow - feels like back at school.

This is a hidden gem right where you want to be. From the communication with Dario prior to the stay to the personalized service that Elena provided during, we felt so special and well taken care of the entire time. You need to book this hotel. It will not disappoint.
