The friendliness and helpfulness of the staff was outstanding. The hotel was spotless inside, our executive room was just big enough and had a lovely sunny balcony. Location was great as was the pre-bookable parking. The only thing I want to comment on is the exterior of the side and back of the hotel needs a bit of modernisation.

Stayed here on a quick overnight stop in Arcachon. Lovely friendly and welcoming team who were very keen to help. Hotel is close to the main shopping area in Arcachon and close to the water. Parking at the hotel was easy but I did book it in advance. Good choices at breakfast. Overall, a very good experience.

Nice room in great location, albeit a bit small. Lots of features, but nowhere to put a large suitcase, let alone 2 suitcases. Internet wouldn't connect - maybe because of the storm?

Outstanding location. Walk to everything. Free parking when still available. Pet friendly. Excellent and friendly service. Rooms a bit tight, but no reason to spend much time in your room when visiting beautiful Arcachon.

The hotel is beautiful and the decor is modern and good quality- our only problem was when we had a shower the water gathered and ran out of the (very modern) shower tray! The water ended up flowing out of the bathroom and into our room. We notified reception about this issue and they plan to look into it. This wouldnt put me off staying again however as its a great hotel in a fantastic location!

Newly renovated with room for improvement

The hotel has just been renovated, which means everything is brand new. However, it became also clear that the team was not very much used to the process... The communication during check in was very poor. Thr checkin time (4pm) was VERY late. The breakfast was very expensive (17,-€ per day and person) and for sure not worth the price. The WiFi connection was not very good/stable. The standard rooms are very tiny and I can only hardly image how you should fit in there with 2 adults. Because of the renovation the gym was not ready/usable. However, the staff was very engaged and tryied their best to help us, if they understood us (as non-french-speaking).

Hôtel très bien situé, à 3mn de la plage et proche du centre ville. Parking possible sur place, quelques places couvertes et d’autres en extérieur, 17 euros la journée. Chambre moderne, un peu petite, très propre avec mini frigo. Nous avions également un balcon, très agréable pour faire un petit apéro. Le petit déjeuner est très sympa avec les traditionnels œufs brouillés, bacon et saucisses et plein de bonnes choses sucrées : cakes, cannelés, brioches,…Accès à la terrasse extérieur si on souhaite se poser. À noter : Un bâtiment en construction juste à côté et en semaine les travaux commencent à 7 h mais ce point n’a pas été gênant pour nous. En conclusion, nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet hôtel et nous reviendrons avec plaisir, à recommander +++

Dès l'accueil on s'est dit que le séjour allait être agréable tant la femme à l'accueil nous a accueilli avec un superbe sourire, sa pétillance et son amabilité est un réel atout pour cet hôtel (en plus elle est belle). Sinon chambre agréable, petit déjeuner au top et personnel à l'écoute .
