Even when I arrived at a wrong date because the reservation was mistakenly made.., the staff of the front desk offered me also the same room without paying any more compensation. The staff were polite and generous. They were helpful in handling such unexpected situation to me. However, there is a suggestion to them to improve the design of the frontpage for easier booking. It is better to allow choices to choose the number and type of rooms reserve under one reservation name. This cam make both party easier to clarify the details of the booking. I suggest also to the agent that if there is any problem or hesitation on the booking, please send a email to the client to clarify the details. I had several experience that errors were easy to be made when using the internet for booking of service
The hotel is very close to train station which made it easy for us. We only stayed one night and it was perfect. The staff was very friendly and the beds were comfortable. Lots of restaurants to choose from. We would stay here again next time.
