We arrived mid-afternoon with no way to check in due to absentee manager and contact info provided didn’t work. Fortunately a business owner upstairs in building were able to contact manager on our behalf. Apparently the very same situation happened days earlier with another travelling couple! Room itself was satisfactory, although spa/hot tub had inadequate hot water supply and we found it awkward to bathe in.

Chambre très bien située; nous avons visité de nombreux endroits de Rome en faisant tout à pied. Chambre au calme avec lit grand et confortable, climatisation. Certains éléments de la salle de bains sont à rafraîchir. Il ne s agit pas d un hôtel mais d une chambre dans un immeuble. Il n'y a donc pas de réception, il faut notifier l heure d arrivée pour qu une personne soit présente pour la remise des clés. Une femme de ménage passe tous les jours. Nous prenions notre petit déjeuner au café français situé en face de l immeuble. Bon rapport qualité prix.

It was in a very convenient location and the check-in process was very easy. We stayed for a night and the host recommended us a great trattoria for dinner. The faucet was a little drippy at night but we were so tired we were able to sleep though it.

Perfect!!!!!!

I must disagree with the negative comments. Absolutely brilliant the place. We were able to leave our luggage several hours before check-in. Chiara greeted us, explained everything, and gave us the keys. The place is quiet, clean, and modern in an old building. Fantastic. The sheets and towels were of excellent quality, and the room was perfectly air-conditioned. The location is prime for walking to the Vatican or Piazza Navona, and there's a bus stop right outside. I hope to return!
