I stayed in this hotel few times by now. Rooms are clean and quiet. Good location. There are some good restaurants in the hotel building. Options are more in 2min walk radius. Staff could talk and communicate in English as well. Overall, very good stay.

First of all, there were mosquitoes in the room, and I was bitten three times. Mosquitoes in the middle of winter—quite surprising. Additionally, it was so dry that it was difficult to breathe. On top of that, it seemed like there was no ventilation system in the bathroom, which was very inconvenient. I also don’t understand why there was only one body towel provided. As for the area, there are absolutely no decent restaurants nearby. It seems that expectations for the city of Tsukuba itself should be kept low. This is merely a residential city and is not suitable for accommodations aimed at tourism or business purposes.
