This was one of our favorite stays. The grounds are stunning, and all of the staff were incredibly friendly, helpful and kind. Fernando was our favorite, picking us up whenever needed, and even rescinding us one afternoon when we were stranded in El Castillo. The food was great, we absolutely loved the night walk and our guide, and having the pool and hot tub after a day of adventures was fantastic. We will definitely be back!

We had a magical stay - make sure you leave time to do the on-site tours and hikes. We saw as much in property (morning, afternoon, and evening tours) as we did in official parks. We joked that our balcony view was the best wide screen tv. I would come back to the area, just for this hotel.

The hotel was fantastic. Spotlessly clean. The free wildlife tour was excellent and we were lucky to see Armadillos. The pool and jacuzzi were lovely too. Would definitely recommend.

Staff are helpful and the location, view, and hiking opportunities are probably the best in the area. Perfect view of the volcano and easy hikes to waterfalls and jungle trek. Staff are lovely and very helpful.

This is an AMAZING place to stay. I highly would recommend it and pray that I can return. The staff is great, the location is wonderful, and the grounds are beautiful. There is a restaurant that is fantastic and everything you need is on site. 20 out of 10 is my score.
