This was an interesting stay. It wasn’t bad, it just felt mildly inconvenient on so many levels. Check-in was later than most hotels, but it’s a small place so that’s understandable. The floor is concrete. I’m pretty sure there was a sand on the floor from the moment we walked in. The staff was friendly and the pool was great. Breakfast was gone, but we’re early raisers and the earliest option was 8-8:30 am. The trundle bed also had a wheel missing. From the looks of the scratches on the floor and probably is a reoccurring incident. I mean, it wasn’t bad. we probably wouldn’t stay there again because there are other places to try. Hotel we were in room one and you could hear literally every step above us. It was the worst creaking.

The room was clean, bed helped me get a good night sleep. I claimed two drinks from the bar because My booking said it included it because It was a VIP booking because I was a Silver tier member, bit it seemed like this hotel charged me extra for this. Overall, the hotel was good. it was very near to the beach and the restaurants and arcades

The room was very clean and cozy. I requested the Romance package and it did not disappoint. The front desk crew was super cool and knowledgeable and made us feel comfortable. This was my 2nd stay there in the past 7 months and I definitely want to come back next April with my family.

I loved our stay here. The staff was really kind and friendly, we really enjoyed the atmosphere. The sauna and pool were fantastic. I only wish that the shower was warmer. The shower was pretty cold, which was uncomfortable. But everything else was just lovely. We would definitely stay here again.

Cute breakfast basket with pastries fruit and yogurt. Nice touch they deliver it to your door at the time you set up. We tried the cranberry cider at the bar and it was yummy.

Stayed in a suite with bunk bed room and king bed in living area. Lots of room and comfortable. The hotel is about 1/2 block from the promenade so no ocean view but easy walk. Lots of dogs. Breakfast brought to the room in the morning.

The room was very clean and I absolutely loved the style. Having the complimentary continental breakfast delivered to our room in the morning was wonderful! The bed was very comfortable. The pool was clean and warm which was nice for an October evening. I absolutely loved it here and will definitely come back in the future!
