I booked the wrong day no one rang when I didn’t turn up and they charged me anyway, rang on the day I thought I was booked and they told me stiff, that’s your bad luck no rooms available. When I asked for a referral to another hotel the answer I got is I can’t help you with that’s.

Parking overnight is a problem. You have to find a car park somewhere on the street or behind some shops. I was 150m from the entrance, which was inconvenient to carry my luggage. The room was clean. The bathroom(5) needs some maintenance: the toilet seat is loose, the vanity tap is loose, the vanity door is loose. The shower is over the bath and fills up with water when you shower...blocked drain.? The meals were good. Was booked there for my return trip but cancelled due to the ad hoc parking arrangements.

Convenient location but bed uncomfortable
It’s a Convenient location but the bed wasn’t comfortable. They were painting the hallway so the paint smell was evident. The only fresh air was a sliding door to the Main Street which was too noisy to leave open overnight. Street cleaners made a lot of noise from about 6am. No chairs to sit on in the room. Average stay.

Step between bathroom and rest of room, quite dangerous. Impossible to fill kettle with tap water, doesnt fit under tap. No overhead lights over bed, only switch is out of reach of anyone in bed. Otherwise bed was very comfortable.

A great place to stay, shame about the pokies
Stayed three nights booking on the day each day as I didn’t know when I had to leave. Very helpful staff, moved guests around so I could stay in the same room etc. on day four unfortunately they were fully booked but still gave me suggestions of other motels in the area etc.
