The owner is amazing, I lost my card and did a book now pay later and I messaged them and told them I no longer had the physical card and asked him if they could run the payment so that way I wouldn't get charged a cancellation or a no-show and they ran the payment for me no problem and everything was set up by the time I got there probably one of the best places around for that however there was no pool and it is in Gatlinburg so to get what you expect and that area of Gatlinburg!

Room Was clean and super convenient to downtown
真實評價

8/10 很好

We had stayed here several years ago and it was a really nice place. Very well kept outside. Now the place is divided into 2 separate sections divided by the pool. The first section is really run down and sketchy. The Mountain House Inn on the upper side has is the motel part. Outside is not well kept, office chairs sitting outside, ice machine is in a room that looks like storage. Room was nice and updated. But I will not stay here again. Didn’t really feel safe
