Nothing in room

Nothing in the tiny room besides bed and bathroom; no mini-fridge (we put drinks next to a window to cool them), no microwave, no coffee pot or kettle/water boiler, not even a phone. Also, amenities also cost a lot to use, per hour, per day, etc.

Pretty place with freezing cold room. Told the staff. The first receptionist tried to help me - without any luck. Told them again when checking out and the answer was just "I will tell maintenance" - which didn´t do me much good.

Awful

The hotel restaurant was expensive and pretentious with limited menu. I ordered the duck which was fine apart from there was only 1/2 a duck breast. When I asked they said that it was a small duck. When I showed them that it was a normal size they said that the chef cuts off the ends to stop it burning, pathetic! There was no opportunity to complain as I was offered another main course but at a repeat of full price. Such a shame as the hotel is nice otherwise and had such a great potential, but sadly terrible customer service - Avoid

Eminent service trods nusset stand med utæt tag

Vi følte os lidt hensatte til ‘Fawlty Towers’, og mange detaljer er desværre nussede og slidte på Kokkedal Slotshotel plus det regnede gennem taget på vej til toiletterne (!), MEN rigtig god service i både indtjek, bar samt ikke mindst vores eminente tjener HC, som leverede en 5 stjernet service ;)

Mega god service, da min kæreste og jeg gik ned og bedte om noget is og et spil kort, blev vi mødt af 3 søde ansatte, der ikke tøvede med at tilbyde hjælp. Der blev spurgt om hvad vi skulle bruge isterningerne til, det var vin, så de tilbød en spand med is til vinen, samt nogle vinglas. Alt i alt mega god service, og alt spillede bare.

Okay ophold

Dejligt sted Med flot slot og natur. Fik ok betjening af helt ung pige, men hun vidste ikke så meget om f.eks et spisested i nærheden. Flotte værelser og bad, men lidt upraktiske da begge dele er småt og ingen hyldeplads og seng er kun 140. Desuden manglede vi elkedel. Men alt var rent og virkede. Og prisen var god.
