Owen at the front desk was amazing as was the lady who worked early Monday morning. Valet staff was great, icons employees were amenable and warm. Truly enjoyed my whole stay and will be there again for sure.

Well appointed room with plenty of space. Staff was extra nice; not something usually found these days. Helpful in offering suggestions for what was in the area. The rooftop party space was fantastic. Was there over a weekend; it was a party. Definitely would stay again. Excellent location.

We stayed for 7 nights with my husband and 5 years old son. The rooms were spacious and practical. When I mentioned that I have an allergy issue related to carpets, they immediately moved us to another floor. The welcome/front desk team was very friendly and extremely helpful — we were very happy with our stay. Elena was wonderful staff Our only negative comment is about housekeeping. At least one cleaning service every 2–3 days or trash collection should be provided. Other than that, we felt very safe during our stay. The hotel location is amazing. As soon as you leave the hotel, you are at the Riverwalk. The metro is very close, and Magnificent Mile is within walking distance. Famous places like Target, Millennium Park, and good breakfast spots and cafés (like Beatrix, etc.) are all close enough to walk to. I would definitely recommend this hotel to families with children.

Made reservations to this hotel for the sole purpose of enjoying the rooftop lounge. When I arrived at check in, I was told that it was closed. Would not have stayed here had the website stated that the rooftop lounge was closed instead of making it a selling point to lure people to continue to think it was one of the available amenities.

Los de HOTELES.COM son unos mentirosos, pues dicen en su publicidad que "para no molestarte en tus vacaciones, el cuarto no será hecho diariamente...", dando a entender como si fuera una "OPCIÓN", y no es así....la realidad es que esto NO ES UN HOTEL, sino que es un Tiempo Compartido y por ello no tienen autorización para tener un servicio de housekeeping diario. Tuvimos que solicitar diariamente que nos dieran toallas limpias y que al menos vinieran a retirar la basura, pues si no lo haces, te quedas con las mismas toallas y la basura durante toda tu estancia. Una vergüenza, y con lo que te cobran...!!!

The location was great and made it easy to navigate about the city. The staff were all extremely friendly and helpful, and the perks of staying here were great. They offered a complimentary item from the coffee shop and hosted happy hour during my stay. My room was neat and well kept and a great place for me to land.
