Our train arrived early and the allowed us to check in 2 hrs early at no charge. Staff was friendly. View from the rooftop was beautiful and the complimentary happy hour and Sunday breakfast was a great touch that was very much appreciated! Would definitely stay here again, perfect location to walk to everything downtown.

We loved our stay at Sports Illustrated Resorts in Chicago. All of the staff were friendly and willing to assist with anything. We were able to get an early check in and could keep our bags at the hotel on our last day, which was all really helpful. The rooftop bar was a hit! Pretty awesome you can get free food and drinks included with your reservation, that sometimes you don’t even see at more mainstream hotels. Would recommend!

Good place to stay but a couple things could be better to start, add another garbage in the room. The tiny half gallon bathroom garage didnt do a thing. 2nd, keep the rooftop bar open. Its awesome that its complimentary from a certain time to a certain time, but as a guest, I would like to come back to my hotel and have a place to relax and have a drink. Set a time for complimentary items and then open it up to a cash or charge to the room option. Some of these rooms are small and there's nothing to do but sit on the bed. Overall, great place, nice staff, I would recommend it.

I came home with what appear to be bed bug bites all over my arm and back. This used to be a lovely hotel. No clue why Sports Illustrated is now involved, but they sure know how to take the soul of a hotel away. And also bed bugs.

The hotel was nice and the room was mostly comfortable. However, there were some oddities that were missing including no towel bars and no refrigerator. Additionally, a planned "Tailgating Event" on Saturday prior to a White Sox game was to start at 10:00 a.m and go to 2:00 or until the food ran out. Before 11:00 am there were only a dozen strips of bacon and some bread.

Would not recommend. My room smelled like mold the entire time I was there. The bathroom also felt very unsafe—the shower is level with the tile floor, so water gets all over the bathroom, making it extremely slippery. I ended up staying for only about 5 hours but was still charged for two nights. Overall, a very disappointing experience.

Owen at the front desk was amazing as was the lady who worked early Monday morning. Valet staff was great, icons employees were amenable and warm. Truly enjoyed my whole stay and will be there again for sure.
