This hotel is right on the promenade and overlooking the beach, very close to the aquarium and Mo's. We went during spring break and ghost conference, so there were many people. We had a partial view of the ocean. We were on the ground floor and could only hear the people above us move about when in the bathroom. The shower water was nice and hot. The fireplace was good and provided some warmth. Breakfast was hot and fresh meat and eggs and pancakes and potatoes and biscuits and gravy and cereals and dairy items and bread options and fresh fruit and coffee and tea. We didnt check for any fresh cookies in the evening. The bed was comfortable for us large people. Good outlet lamps on either side of bed. The kitchennette was handy. The kids and dogs seemed to be having wonderful times.

The room and location are nice. However, the water pressure in the shower is extremely hard and it very difficult to take a shower without it hurting. The breakfast was good and the cookie at 6pm are even better!

This place is well situated and very good value for money. Right next to the aquarium and easy walking to shops. Also right on the prom. Some rooms don’t have an elevator. Parking is very convenient. The cookies are a nice touch in thd eveming. Keurig in the rooms. Breakfast is nice but difficult to seat everyone at peak breakfast hours.

Beach view out a laege bay window. The fireplace was nice. Staff was amazing. A good breakfast with lots of options daily. Fresh cookies each evening. This hotel needs an update, definitely aged, yet we bought it for the views and loved it.

Ocean view room. That was the saving grace for this hotel. The staff was friendly. There are warm cookies in the lobby every night. The double queen rooms have a separate bedroom. Those are the highlights. The hotel is in disrepair. Our room smelled like wet dog and had scratches all over the tub. The place would be an absolute treasure if it got the updating it desperately needed. For the price, we probably wouldn’t go back.

I stay here with my Dog once a year and it is always a perfect, warm and casual experience. So convenient. Close to downtown and easy for JB to "do his business" whenever necessary. We take multiple walks per day. Pure pleasure.

This was our second stay at this hotel. We were very pleased with the breakfast. However, the room this time had an old/musty smell, there was dust ontop of the microwave & fridge area. And the couch & chairs felt old and unclean. But the beds are super comfortable, staff is so friendly & I love that you provide a fan.

Clean room, partial ocean view in king 3rd floor room. View of ocean was plenty. Easy access to promenade and beach. Could hear ocean at night with window open. Quiet eccept when delivery truck arrived on Monday morning and left the truck running out on street for a good 1/2 hour. Decent breakfast, good cookies every night at 6 pm. Would stay again.
