We were greeted by Antonio, who was very nice and welcoming. He showed us how everything in the room worked, the lights, windows, and air conditioner. He took extra time to make sure we understood where we were in relation to all of the attractions in Rome. The room was comfortable and all necessary amenities were provided. It was quiet and a solid stay. I would definitely stay again. Great location!

Great stay. Very close to the A line so can get anywhere in Rome but also close to Spanish Steps. Next to Piazza di popolo. Great time. Just keep it mind you do have to communicate with them prior to check in as it’s not 24/7, but they were very receptive and quick to respond! Highly recommend

We were welcomed like family to this lovely accommodation, nothing was too much, we were allowed early check-in and the owner was on hand to offer tips on where to visit etc. The suites are in a brilliant location, about 30mins-45mins walk to all of the main sights, the walks were always through well populated areas. The accommodation isn't manned in the evening and the main door to the building is locked, we did struggle slightly to open this, but were always able to get in, and we had been given the owners phone numbers in case of any issues, hotel or non hotel related. The air conditioning was slightly noisy, but that was just me, my daughter didn't mind it at all.

Four of us stayed one night in Tridente Suites at the end (or beginning) of Via del Corso which links to most of the significant tourist attractions of Roma (and shopping). Tridente Suites is housed on the second floor of an old palazzeo, with a one-person + luggage shoehorned into the grand staircase to a boutique hotel of a half-dozen rooms, very safe, quiet and nicely appointed, given the odd wedged shaped building. A family run business, with Antonio going out of his way to please the clients, making them happy and enjoying their stay in Roma. He was most helpful and charming. Easy to reach by taxi or Metro stop (although that does require pulling your luggage across the large Piazza del Popolo - 5-10 minutes distance). Check-in/out went seemlessly. Grazie

Owner Antonio was courteous. But the unit itself was disappointing for several reasons. First, there was barely any room to walk on either side of the bed, there was no night /side table that could fit a side table. Since there’s no space on either side of the bed, the only way to get in and out is by climbing in from the foot of the bed The bed itself was uncomfortable, was already sagging and really needs to be replaced. On our first night, we couldn’t take a proper shower because the drainage was badly clogged. I had to reduce the water flow significantly to avoid flooding, but even with very little water, the shower still didn’t drain properly. We contacted Antonio via WhatsApp but we didn’t hear back from him until the next day—which was frustrating since we needed to shower early in the morning for a 7am appointment. Drainage was fixed on our second day in the afternoon The shower glass, base and faucet were visibly dirty and had not been cleaned properly.
