Bad hotel
You can't reach the hotel via telephone They don't answer. Room wasn't ready upon arrival, toilet wasn't working. Receptionists are rude, on their cell phones and you need to wait for them to finish their conversation. 2 beds requested but only had 1 small bed for 2. No towel provided. No bottle of water. Power was out in the middle of the night. No.Tv in the room. No light in the toilet.

Overpriset hotell - preget av alder
Hotellet er i en gammel bygning i kolonistil og bærer preg av nanglende oppgradering og vedlikehold. Hadde booket suite men den jeg ble tilbudt hadde dårlig kvalitet og ikke fungerende aircon og tv. Fuktig og kvalmende lukt på rommet. Ble nedgradert til et ordinært dobbeltrom. Overpriset basert på tilbudet.

I enjoyed it. Excellent staff. Even though the phone was removed from my room and never put back. Amazing breadfast. Special thank you for Carmene the front desk employee. Thank you to all the gentlemen that assisted us during the breadfast time. I will stay there again during my next trips. Special thank you to my cleaning lady. My bathroom needs a socket immediately. I did not have a good experience with the place cause as soon as I get in the room there was a water leak in the bathroom contacted them they acted like I was being a problem for doing so and there were no towels at times the sheet were not being removed they just fix them the air conditioning is on a timer even if you are hot u have to wait for their time and lot more

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a mixed experience. The exterior is quite nice, featuring many spots where you can sit for a drink or get some work done, which I found quite pleasant. The staff were friendly and accommodating, making the check-in process smooth and welcoming. While the overall cleanliness of the hotel was satisfactory, the maintenance left much to be desired, particularly in the rooms. Unfortunately, the rooms did not reflect the charm of the hotel's exterior. The facilities provided were basic, and the bed was not comfortable, which affected the quality of my sleep. Given these points, I would recommend this hotel primarily for solo travelers looking for a short stay. The charming exterior and friendly staff are highlights, but the rooms and facilities could use significant improvements to match the overall appeal of the property.

No AC it super hot in this country The ac use just for 4 hours in middle of the night Last night no Ac at all I don’t sleep and I can’t live door open for fresh air cause of mosquito bite They really need some new management Who ever responsible are not doing there job This hotel is to nice to be like that it was my first and will be my last I just fall for the beautiful pictures online that’s why I choose it but worse service ever
