O hotel é excelente! Desde o café da manhã até a cordialidade dos funcionários. A estrutura de praia é maravilhosa, praticamente uma praia particular de mar calmo e águas transparentes. O único porém que achei foi a questão do transfer, costuma ser de hora em hora, mas em alguns horários, ele pula 2h pro próximo transfer e você precisa aguardar todo esse tempo. Sugiro que fosse sempre de hora em hora.

Hotel incrível, à beira-mar, na melhor praia de Morro de São Paulo: a quarta praia. Quartos amplos com varanda, muito agradáveis; comida excepcional (tanto o café da manhã, quanto a do cardápio, para almoço e jantar). Translado periódico para a vila de Morro (apesar de só ter usado para chegar ao hotel, pois, uma vez lá, não saímos). Quadras para atividades esportivas, além de aluguel de standup e caiaque.

Acordávamos cedinho, tomávamos café da manhã e ficávamos o dia inteiro na praia, que é uma das mais bonitas que já vi, parece uma piscina cristalina! Durante toda estadia fizemos: funcional, vôlei, beach tennis, caiaque, stand up paddle, passeamos de bicicleta… experiência incrível, recomendo muito!

A estadia foi boa, mas as condições do quarto deixaram a desejar, principalmente com um diária tão cara, fizeram a limpeza do quarto e esqueceram de levar as toalhas, quando solicitei tive a resposta que estavam esperando reposição e as toalhas nunca chegaram… o quarto precisa de revisão, estava faltando 01 mesa de cabeceira e havia um furo na bancada de mármore do sanitário. Também solicitamos que o café da manha fosse entregue no quarto (por causa do horário de retorno) e tivemos que brigar com a recepção para que fosse entregue…

Fui em agosto, baixa temporada. O Hotel é maravilhoso, super tranquilo, a praia em frente é a melhor das 5, sem dúvidas: é quase que exclusiva dos hóspedes, mar super calmo, forma piscinas naturais e mesmo na maré alta, o mar é uma piscina! O café da manhã excelente, opções de almoço e jantar, bar molhado na piscina, restaurante da praia leva sua água de coco até sua cadeira enquanto vc toma sol, rede na varanda do quarto pra relaxar, calmaria da natureza, escutamos passarinhos cantando, a comodidade de agendar os passeios direto na recepção. Sensacional toda a experiência e não vejo a hora de voltar!
