超棒的住宿，飯店很貼心～ 而且要離開越南是清晨4點，飯店還幫忙準備了簡易的早點。讓人感覺很舒服、溫馨 飯店內的spa也價格實惠哦

這次入住在2樓的四人房，房間燈光昏暗沒有對外窗但整體空間算寬敞，浴室非常大！服務人員非常親切和貼心，早餐也滿多元，整體CP值很高還可直接在旅館裡做Spa，如果房間能在有特色一定給5顆星！

Great value
Very friendly staff. Although the building is not a new one, the quality of staff is a big plus. Facilities are okay. The TV was not working but WiFi was great. Although using glass bottles for shampoo and shower gel are fresh idea, they are also easy to be broken so I handled that with extra care.

Serve with heart and with this reasonable price
It is a nice hotel with this reasonable price. The location is at the heart of old town, nearby almost famous scenery. Staff are nice and willing to entertain all your reasonable requested. We experienced their SPA Service and the quality is superb. We also made the Halong Bay day trip through their kind support. Although the street is very crowded and noisy, it is no sound came from the Window. Nonetheless, there is some sound occasionally and light from the door outside , ( likely from other guests) , I think they can improve this to provide more comfortable room condition. Last, we would like to say a thank you especially the staff who prepare the breakfast Vietnamese noodle for us, she is very kind and helpful. If we have chance to visit Hanoi in the future, we will be definitely consider this hotel and spa service.

They were very friendly and helpful. always try to accommodate my requests. I stayed there for 5 days and 4 nights and would like to stay there again. One small thing is that it is not the hotel's fault, but we used the taxi cab on the way to the airport thru the hotel. The taxi driver made a couple of stops before we reached the airport, he made a stop to get the banh mi(bread), the lady on the street kept gesturing us to move the car, but the driver was outside to get the bread, and then he made another stop to drop that bread to a woman. it was pleasant at all. Other than that the overall hotel experience was good.

Room is spacious but needs more cleaning to be done. The hotel is very close to the weekend night market. Lots of restaurants and coffee shops are near by. Hotel staffs Chloe, Ben, Lucky and night time receptionists are nice and very helpful. They even provide services to arrange tours, cruise and airport transportations for hotel guests.

호텔의 올드함이 있지만, 위치나 직원의 친절함으로 묻혔습니다. 모든 직원들이 영어를 구사하지 못하나 올드 쿼터에서 조용하게 묵을 수 있었다. 옷장에서 찌른내가 심하게 났으며, 2시에 체크인이 가능하다고 했지만 계속 기다려야했다

Comfortable and great value for money
The hotel was clean and beds were comfortable. We arrived very late and the room was so hot and humid. It would have helped if they anticipated are needs and had our rooms cooled before we checked in. It took a while for the A/C to cool the whole room. Breakfast could be better. There wasn’t much choice and it’s very basic. All in all it offered great value for a short night’s sleep.

My room was comfortable and considering the hotel's location in the Old Quarter, very quiet. The location is perfect for exploring the old quarter, with many cafés, restaurants, shops and markets in easy walking distance.The staff were wonderful; they were attentive and helpful and a great source of recommendations for day trips, restaurants and amenities.
