A lovely hotel, excellent value for money and in a great location, only a 5 minute walk to the bars, restaurants, shops. My room was clean, nice size, well presented (no aircon but nice big fan which worked well)

Top-Hotel für kleines Geld

Einfaches günstiges Hotel in sehr guter Lage, unweit vom Hafen, vom Zentrum und der Promenade. Die Zimmer sind relativ neu, schönes Bad, großer Balkon. Toll ist, dass man den Pool bis 23 Uhr nutzen darf. An den Wochenende wird gegrillt für die Gäste. Auch ein Billardtisch ist vorhanden. Sehr nette Inhaber. Mehr braucht man nicht. Ich habe hier zwei wunderbare Wochen verbracht.

Very bad service, good location

The stay was not good, the service was really bad, no real cleaning. Even after several friendly requests I did not receive a fresh towel- the same towel for 7 days was not nice.

Okay if you're a minimalist

The place was okay, no internet in the rooms, only in common areas. Clean rooms with a small balcony and private bathroom. A bit expensive for what you get, but amazing hiking trails just up the road.

Mucha calor en la habitación con un ventilador que apenas funcionaba. El lavabo estaba muy buen y limpio y la habitación era más grande que en otros hostales. Las camas bien para pasar tres noches, pero habían falta más toallas. No hay gel de baño. La piscina no está mal y tienes un bar en la misma piscina que te sirven lo que desees pero solo pago en efectivo. La atención de los propietarios es buena y son muy simpáticos, pudimos entrar a la habitación antes de la hora permitida. No hay ascensor y hay que subir el equipaje por las escaleras. No tiene restaurante. La zona es buena y un poco más adelante en una plaza hay un bar que te atienden muy bien, gran cantidad de comida a buen precio. Bar los amigos

Had a fantastic 2 weeks stay here. All the staff were lovely, especially Ernesto and Alberto who made us feel more like family than guests. The rooms were spotless and the hotel is so close to the port with some great bars and restaurants. The pool was lovely and we will definitely be coming back again soon

Gutes, frisch renoviertes Hostal

Das Singular, ehemals Casa Bauzá, ist gerade erst frisch renoviert, leider noch nicht ganz fertig, daher war es noch halb eine Baustelle. Der Außenbereich mit Pool und Bar war allerdings schon fertig und sehr schön. Das Zimmer war auch ganz nett, allerdings war es statt eines 3-Bett-Zimmers eher ein 2-Bett-Zimmer plus Ausziehcouch, die wirklich unbequem war. Es gibt außerdem keine Seife im Bad, auch nicht auf Nachfrage. Ansonsten ist der Service allerdings super, die Mitarbeiter alle sehr sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit! Frühstück ist im Preis enthalten und gut. Empfehlenswertes Hostal in Cala Ratjada!

Wenn man wirklich nur eine günstige Übernachtung sucht ist es ausreichend, aber sonst nicht zu empfehlen. Ob es noch bessere Zimmer als das unsrige gibt, können wir nicht beurteilen. Wir waren im hintersten Bereich direkt neben einer Baustelle untergebracht. Pool und Poolbereich ungepflegt, Wasser unsauber. Frühstück für den Preis angemessen und ausreichend. Aus diesem Hostel könnte man mit viel Liebe wirklich eine Oase schaffen, aber daran ist wohl keiner interessiert, das ist sehr schade.

Das Hotel ist in der Nähe vom Bierbrunnen (circa 300m). Sehr gut geeignet für einen Partyurlaub in Cala Ratjada. Nachteil: Keine Klimaanlage. Fazit: Für junge Leute mit wenigen Ansprüchen geeignet.

in der Hinsicht preislich angemessen

für den Preis darf man kein Luxus-Spa erwarten. Es war jedoch alles sauber und mit Check-In/Out gab es auch null Probleme. In der Hinsicht ist das Gesamtpaket für den Preis auch in Ordnung. Die Lage ist genial. Wir hatten sogar einen netten Mitbewohner, er hieß Harald und war ein Käfer. SERVUS
