Sebastian at the front desk was welcoming, helpful and really good chat! He really made our stay. The hotel is in a great location, walkable to everywhere, and we were able to store our bags after check out. Free tea, coffee and soft drinks were well appreciated. Could do with a small bit of upkeep but perfectly fine for our one night stay.

Die "sehr gute Schallisolierung" war so lala. Generell, schön neu eingerichtetes Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, aber ich hatte das Erdgeschoß am Eingang und wie in Amsterdam üblich, ziehen dich an und zu laute Gruppen am Fenster vorbei. Und Leute oben drüber die Nachs um 4 das Bett oder die Couch verschieben hilft dann auch nicht wirklich. Ich hatte schlechteres, aber auch besseres on Amsterdam. Die Nähe zu Leidesplein ist hilfreich

The service was excellent! Very friendly and made checking in and out easy. They are not onsite overnight but we had a contact number if we needed assistance. The rooms were clean and the bed was very comfortable. The location worked great for us! Our view was lovely but we didn’t spend a lot of time in the room.
