Die "sehr gute Schallisolierung" war so lala. Generell, schön neu eingerichtetes Zimmer, gute Ausstattung, aber ich hatte das Erdgeschoß am Eingang und wie in Amsterdam üblich, ziehen dich an und zu laute Gruppen am Fenster vorbei. Und Leute oben drüber die Nachs um 4 das Bett oder die Couch verschieben hilft dann auch nicht wirklich. Ich hatte schlechteres, aber auch besseres on Amsterdam. Die Nähe zu Leidesplein ist hilfreich

We were happy with the hotel! The room was very spacious, clean and had air conditioning. Coffee was provided along with water and CocaCola for our stay. Quiet location! It was close to the Anne Frank House and the Vang Gogh Museum. Sandwich bar next door was delicious!

Ideal location, “city view” was not such a view. The bathroom smelled like old hot garbage. Not sure if it was the shower or something in the wall or what it was but it was very unpleasant for the duration of our stay. staff were wonderful, rooms well-appointed and affordable, free quality toothbrushes were a bonus; the only issue we had was that our room was the front room on the ground floor near the front door, so it was periodically a little loud (I'm sure if we'd have been on an upper floor that this wouldn't have been an issue). close to everything while not being too busy. recommended.

You could not ask for a better location, more charming rooms, or better hosts than at this wonderful, newly remodeled place. Both the bedrooms and the bathroom were spacious, with a view of rooftops and windmills. There are plenty of restaurants and shops nearby, with a quick walk to the very center of Brugge, and all it has to offer. Breakfast was absolutely beyond imagining with a wide variety of choices, and fresh squeezed juice and desserts with every breakfast. The choices were better than at any five-star hotel, and in beautiful surroundings. I would never stay anywhere else in this town than Mirabel!

Our room was lovely and when the front desk manager was there, they were helpful but was rare. We had an elevator issue due to a sensor and didn’t come up to get us. We took stairs which was ok but not ideal. The location was awesome and the big windows in room. The lobby is a little worn down.

There is no full time staff at this place. There is supposed to be someone at reception from 10-6 everyday but we never saw anyone there. There was no breakfast as advertised in the listing. The AC in our room was broken so we were given a portable AC unit which requires the window to be open at all times for the exhaust pipe. Mohamed was nice. This is more of a house with many bedrooms than an actual hotel. Location is good however I would not recommend this place.
