2 months ago i lived the service still OK, but when i lived again in November, too terrible experience :
1. full of smelly air in corridor, like moldy and trash smelling.
2. night shift receptionist said the client can not check in after 22:00 and strongly insist his following policy was correct, and don't allow the checking in, but when i asked him to check Hotel's website, there's no any policy to announce about 22:00, he was quiet. I think he was just meaning to cheat customer to order another room, very smart
Anyway, this was a terrible experience, very very bad service for this time...
