Great Hotel in an excellent location
Hotel is in a good location close to the train station and restaurants. Rooms are clean and spacious. Hotel owner/operator, Mr. Kim and his wife were helpful and friendly. Speaking English was not a problem. I will be returning to this hotel in the future

Set your expectations right and this is an absolute gem of a hotel. Super convenient location, very close to the subway and airport bus drop off. Also the starting point for many tours. Expect a budget room to suit Asians, so it's a hard hard bed and a wet bathroom with small towels. Perfect for me! Staff were extremely friendly, even staying past 10pm the first night to check me in after a delayed flight. They offer a laundry service also. I'd stay again in a heartbeat!

Very hard bed, so not recomended for a western persone. If you stay there, make shure you have the name and adress of the hotel in Korean. No taxi driver knew the hotel and understod the name and adress we had in English. However centraly located, close to Airport express bus and Seoul Station is in walkable reach if not to much lugage

Good place and location
Little more expensive than I am used to, but found a good deal here for about $30 per night. I think there are better options for the price they quoted (about $50 usually). The room was pretty small but clean, good wifi and decent breakfast. English speaking service is a bonus. Good area near city hall, although a bit difficult to find for those without wifi/GPS. Overall recommended for those looking for central location and relatively affordable. Apparently there is laundry service provided also.

Average hotel, book it if it's on offer only! Good thing is breakfast included, really nice! Bad thing is some of the staff, especially a woman at the reception working the night shift who continuously watches her Korean soap operas and blatantly ignores you!!! ;-) Other staff members were really nice though!

Location, friendly, kind and helpful staff
Hotel is in a fantastic location close to Daemundae market, 15 -20 minute walk to Myeongdong, Myeongdong market, 5 minute walk to the Deoksugung Palace, 15 minute walk to namsun gondola and n seoul tower. The staff were fantastic, very helpful and friendly. 5 minute walk to the City Hall station for green and blue line. There is a 7 eleven diagonal to the hotel. The room is compact. The bed was hard for me, i prefer softer. The staff put extra bedding to make the bed softer. There is no laundry, the hotel offers laundry service. The hotel stored my luggage after checkout. If coming from the airport get the 6701 limosine bus to The plaza hotel walk through the hotel and walk straight till see 7 eleven on the left. The hotel is in a side street diagonal from 7 eleven, you need to cross one road with traffic. Thanks for a great stay. Also many food option not more than 5 minute walk

Centrally located, comfortable but average hotel
If you are looking for a clean, centrally located and affordable hotel, this would be a good choice. A bit hard to find as it is tucked in a tiny tiny street but it is walking distance to the City Hall, Myeongdong and other sights.
I was given the awkward room right next to the reception, which meant that anything that was happening at the reception, I could hear. Not great, so I'd recommend requesting rooms on the 2nd floor and higher. Beds were very hard but I was always so tired I did not mind at the end of the day.
Breakfast was plentiful and lovely and definitely the perk of my stay.
I'd have given it 4 stars if it were not for the last interaction with the hotel staff. Upon my kind request if I can have my boarding pass printed out, the receptionist yelled at me 'Can't! Not possible! Don't have the connection to the printer!" and very rudely tried to get rid of my request. When I said I could easily give him the document on a USB and all he had to do was to plug it into his computer, he barked at me "A thousand won!" Rather than shocked by the necessity to pay to have a single paper printed out, it was the horrible reaction of this receptionist that definitely made me NOT want to ever return and stay there.

Τό δωμάτιο ήταν μικρό αλλά λειτουργικό, το μπάνιο ήταν ικανοποιητικό, το κρεβάτι ήταν σκληρό για το γούστο μου. Είχε ζέστη μέσα στο δωμάτιο. Είχε παντόφλες για να φορέσω αλλά χρησιμοποίησα τις δικές μου. Μέσα στο δωμάτιο έπρεπε να μήν φοράω παπούτσια.
