Simply Superb
This is a superb and charming hotel. Every detail is well thought of. The lighting and interior design is atmospheric. The ambience is so romantic! I did not want to leave my room to go sight seeing in Rome. The staff are friendly and helpful. It is conveniently located near the Collesium.

Location is great and the staff is very nice. Room was very tight and not as big as the pictures. Bathroom had some mold and the seats covers and bed side covers were dirty or had stains. Again great staff and location, however the cleanliness was not the best here.

You can see the Coloseum after exiting the front of the hotel. Hop on hop off bus stop very close by. Classy decor, however, for North Americans the rooms are small but that's Europe. The shower was big and there was ample storage space, mini fridge and we loved the French balcony window. Beds were comfortable The staff was very friendly and helpful. Valero spoke perfect English and gave us much useful information about Rome and Italy. The breakfast buffet was amazing with a large selection of hot breakfast items and pastries, juice etc. Thanks to Mara who was always nearby if you needed anything. Excellent location. Many shops and restaurants and grocery store (Carrefour) minutes away. Enjoyed our stay.

Quarto muito pequeno
Apesar de ter solicitado ao Hotel um quarto maior pois estava em viagem com esposa e dois filhos jovens fui colocado em um quarto que mal cabiam as 2 camas. As malas tiveram que ficar praticamente fechadas sem termos como abrir pois o quarto era tão pequeno que mal dava para se locomover entre ao sair das camas. Senti realmente falta de atenção e cuidado por parte do Hotel em atender as solicitações e necessidades especificas de seus hóspedes . Além disto outro problema foram as cortinas do quarto que estavam caindo em ambos os lados das janelas e a janela que não fechava por inteiro, o que impediu uma boa vedação da claridade. Não vale o preço cobrado. Hotel muito caro pelo pouco que oferece.

Property was clean n well maintained, small rooms, but high ceilings help it feel more spacious. We had everything we needed, we only showered n slept in the room at night. Room could use a small chair or a stool (my husband borrowed one from the lobby) We had problem with AC unit but they resolved it while we were out during the day. Very good location, cafe, little convenience shop n metro super close.

This hotel was two block from the coliseum. It was beautiful and clean. What you see in the pictures is exactly how it looks when you are there. Restaurants all over the place, great food!! I was not to happy with the cleanliness of the outside area, unrelated to the hotel. The streets were dirty, but other than that I can't wait to visit Rome and start at this hotel once again.

The hotel had construction going on so everything was dusty and dirty. The bed was broken. The room had an odd smell. The curtains were also broken. It was noisy at night between the people upstairs and the restaurant next to it.

Pro: - walkable distance from touristic places Cons: - Room is dark - No elevador - No help with the luggages - The AC is really loud and keep going on and off at night. Every hour or so the AC makes a really loud sound. The front desk says it's ventage. - we were unable to sleep well. - The front desk books the taxi for you. However the taxis are never on time. The front desk guy was unhappy when I asked him to contact the taxi again to see how long more we need to wait. Depending on what time is your flight...book your taxis much earlier than you usually would.
