8/10 很好

Alku hyvin tahmea, saatiin heikkotasoinen huone mikä ei vastannut varausta sekä lapselle varatusta lisävuoteesta yritettiin periä ihan reilu lisämaksu. Asia saatiin selvitettyä ja saimme seuraavana päivänä varauksen mukainen huone. Paikka laajasti remontissa, varmasti valmiina oikein hieno paikka. Muuten kyllä oikein hyvä paikkana sekä erittäin avulias ja asiallinen henkilökunta.

Under total construction; beware. We were unable to enjoy any of the resort, or our oceanview porch due to construction noise all day. We will return once construction is completed.

Our stay at Centara Grand Beach Resort Hua Hin was nothing short of extraordinary. From the moment we arrived, the staff greeted us every single time with big, warm smiles that instantly made us feel welcome. Their friendliness and helpfulness created an atmosphere of genuine hospitality that we will never forget. The highlight of our visit was the special dinner organized by the incredible team at COAST Beach Club & Bistro and they helped moved us to new rooms for better experience when requested without question! They went above and beyond to prepare and arrange a beautiful celebration for my wife’s 50th birthday. Their attention to detail, care, and dedication turned the evening into a truly memorable occasion. There are simply no words to fully describe the excellent service we experienced—not just at COAST, but from everyone across the resort. Every interaction reflected professionalism, kindness, and a heartfelt commitment to making guests feel valued. Centara Grand Hua Hin is more than just a resort—it’s a place where unforgettable memories are created, thanks to the remarkable people who make it shine.
