Overall a disappointing stay, with the photos shown online, not being realistic.
The hotel is in a serious need of updating, as it now looks very tired. This is not helped by the generally poor standard of cleaning that you would not expect from a lower grade hotel, let alone this one.
The air conditioning unit in the room was not powerful enough and leaked. There was minimal hot water from a very poor shower and any request for support, such as requesting cushions for our balcony chairs (which were supposed to have them) took an age to resolve.
The restaurant food was okay when one of the chefs was working, but poor at other times. The menu was also very repetitive and meant we decided to eat out on 4 days out of 9 (which is not what you expect when choosing all inclusive).
The pool area is very small and there are only 12 sunbeds for a 24 room hotel. That is nowhere near enough. The local beach is not as idyllic looking as the photo.
The final straw for us, was the lack of customer service that we experienced from almost all staff members. there were exceptions, but we mostly felt like we were an inconvenience and they would rather we weren't there.
