I’m not disappointed with the hotel. I’m disappointed with Expedia. I’ve spoken to several representatives about a delayed flight, and one of them changed my flight and offered to change my hotel to match my new flight. However, Expedia couldn’t accommodate me despite their previous assurances. This mistake has resulted in significant financial losses for me. When I requested a refund, they claimed that the hotel manager didn’t approve it, even though they had previously stated that they would. This unfortunate incident occurred around the holidays and my wife’s birthday, which adds to my disappointment. Consequently, I will not be booking with Expedia again.
