2/10 欠佳

Help was great last night, the room was far from good. Carpet in the halls and room is so warn out and wrinkled and tripping hazards, actually tripped in my room and cut my foot, the shampoo and wash in shower was broken, towels smelled so bad of mildew, tv is old and out dated,

Experience from entrance to end of visit was great. Room was clean. I am picky and always check beds n linens: Clean. Sleep was good.no noise. Breakfast hot food and variety was a warm welcome in early morning. We left a day early due to time constraints, would’ve stayed a day longer; just to rest. Staff was polite and welcoming. Will stay again.Thank you

We had a slight mix-up on the room when we got there but the staff booked us another room. The stay was great while there and the staff was so friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed out stay and will definitely stay the next time we are in town.
真實評價

The room definitely wasn’t the cleanest at all, front seemed annoyed checking me in so I didn’t even care to ask to freshen it up. The best part was the pool was working. Breakfast was decent I enjoyed the variety.

We only had a brief stay. All was well, but the carpeting throughout was uneven and on the 2nd floor, particularly, looked as if it had been somehow stretched out of shape, maybe water samage.

真實評價

6/10 不錯

The front desk lady working the night shift on 10/11/2026 was extremely rude. At check in, she was unpleasant and seemed to have an attitude problem for no apparent reasons other than she possibly hates her job. When we arrived at our room, we realized that there were 2 bath towels and zero wash cloths for 4 people. I called the front desk with the phone in the room only to be hung up on, twice. I called the front desk a third time, she yelled into the phone “ I CANT HEAR YOU.!” and hung up. So I then went down to the front desk to ask for the wash cloths and bath towels, only the be very rudely questioned by her “ARE THERE NOT ANY IN YOUR ROOM?!”
