I went to the front desk on several occasions but there was no one there. The staff alternate between the reception and waiting on tables. My toilet was as also broken, I had to change rooms.

Bed broke and the AC wasn’t working properly. Took overnight till noon the next day to get things sorted.

The place was great. I bought the breaker buffet and was disappointed that more than one there was no food at 8am. There was a lady running it the only time it was stocked. The other times, I had to wait, was told to just order what I want, or just not get the items I wanted. That was my only issue.

This hotel was in a great location and the staff were kind, but it was disappointing that there was no phone in the room, and thus, you had to walk downstairs if you had a question or needed anything. Also, my bathroom toilet wouldn’t flush and the next day I had to change rooms as the maintenance man wasn’t come for 2 days! That’s crazy that the maintenance worker comes every 3 days! I’m not planning to stay here again.

The room was clean enough upon arrival, but cleaning during wasn’t always performed even though it was booked. Not possible to open the windows and aircondition didn’t produce enough fresh air. So would have nice to open window and avoid the bad in air the room after a night of sleep.
