Mandatory fees
You'll be asked to pay the following charges by the property at check-in or check-out. Fees may include applicable taxes:
- A tax is imposed by the city: EUR 6.00 per person, per night, up to 10 nights. This tax does not apply to children under 10 years of age.
- Cleaning fee: EUR 20 per accommodation, per night (varies based on length of stay)

- All guests, including children, must be present at check-in and show their government-issued photo ID card or passport
Pets
- Service animals exempt from fees
- Pets are allowed for an extra charge of EUR 20 per accommodation, per stay
Pool, spa, & gym (if applicable)
- Facility access costs EUR 18.75 per person, per night
- Children under 5 years old are not allowed in the health club, fitness facility, or hot tub without adult supervision
- Guests under 12 years old are not allowed in the spa, and guests under 16 years old are only allowed with adult supervision
- Reservations are required for massage services and spa treatments and can be made by contacting the property before arrival at the number on the booking confirmation
