We had such a wonderful stay and honestly couldn’t have asked for a better place. The apartment was beautiful, very clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. It felt like a home away from home. A special thank you to our host, who was incredibly kind, friendly, and welcoming. From the beginning, they made us feel comfortable and were always happy to help with anything we needed. Their hospitality really made our stay even more enjoyable. We had an amazing time in Kos and would definitely stay here again. We highly recommend this apartment to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable holiday. Thank you for everything!

We stayed as a family of four adults and one child in the Balcony Room, and we had a wonderful stay. The room was spacious enough for all of us, and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed. We especially enjoyed being able to prepare our own breakfast, including omelets, and cook dinner in the evening. The location is much more peaceful and relaxing compared to hotels in the city center. It is away from the noise and crowds, which made our stay even more enjoyable. Mr. Haris deserves a special mention. He was extremely kind, helpful, and always ready to assist us with anything we needed. Thank you so much for your hospitality and for making us feel so welcome, Mr. Haris! 🙏 The only thing to keep in mind is that you need a car or a taxi to reach the city center. However, for us, the peaceful atmosphere and quiet location were absolutely worth it. We truly enjoyed our stay and would happily come back again. Thank you for everything, Mr. Haris! 🙏

Wir waren während unseres Aufenthalts in der Avi Residence mehr als zufrieden! Die Unterkunft ist modern, neu und sehr sauber – man merkt sofort, dass wirklich an alles gedacht wurde. Von der Waschmaschine über Spülmittel bis hin zur Nespresso-Kaffeemaschine inklusive Kapseln war alles vorhanden. Im Kühlschrank erwarteten uns außerdem Willkommensgetränke und kleine Snacks. Besonders schön war der Whirlpool auf dem Balkon – einfach perfekt zum Entspannen. Ein ganz besonderes Lob geht an Mr. Harris: Als wir an einem Tag kein Taxi finden konnten, hat er uns aus reiner Gastfreundschaft angeboten, ins Zentrum zu fahren, und dafür nichts verlangt. So viel Herzlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft erlebt man wirklich nicht bei jedem Gastgeber. Wir können die Avi Residence absolut empfehlen und würden jederzeit wiederkommen! Kleiner Tipp für zukünftige Gäste: Gerade in der Hauptsaison kann es auf Kos schwierig sein, spontan ein Taxi zu bekommen. Daher lohnt es sich eventuell, ein Auto zu mieten.
