房間外觀很好，但內裡的維護素質稍遜。 員工很好，而且大堂經常有不同小食或飲品。 就在南鑼鼓巷的中間，可取之處是在遊客點上，不可取之處是打車難以直達門口。

Very unimpressed with this property. It looks nothing like it does in the photos. Staff was unfriendly. None of them could speak english. The carpet in the rooms were filthy. I couldn't get hot water in the shower. The park area, sidewalks, and the rooms are very dated and shabby. After two days I decided to change to the Holiday Inn. I'm dairly certain I got bed bugs there. I couldn't stop itching. I had to have all my clothes washed and suitcase disinfected. If there were zero stars all across the board I would give them. The owners need to get this hotel whipped into shape.

This hotel is at an amazing location. It’s close to a very famous Hu Tong, which is Tong Luo Gu Xiang. Only a few minutes walk, then you can easily spend a few hours walking up and down the Hu Tong, with lots of shops and food on each side. I am amazed how this hotel is located in the center of the city, but the night is absolutely quiet. The hotel staff is excellent. I would like to specially mention a staff Miss Xiao Shi (小时）, when she found out my daughter does not feel well, she went above and beyond to help us out. The room is clean, the shower is great. I feel really at home at this very friendly place! Thanks for the great work! 这是一家非常棒的酒店，它的位置很好，走几分之路就到了著名的南锣鼓巷，这个古巷街道两边全是各种店以及著名小吃， 可以逛上几个小时。 附近很多胡同。酒店离市中心非常的近，可是特别特别的安静，在晚上我开着窗睡觉，什么噪音也听不见。最棒的是这个旅馆的工作人员，他们一直都是给予特别周到的服务。 特别要感谢小时， 她听说我女儿生病了， 马上给予无微不至的关怀和照顾， 帮我们解决了很多困难，让我们非常的感动，作为一个生在北京，但是在美国生活了近40年的华侨，来到这个酒店，就像回到了自己在北京的家。 感谢所有热情服务友好的工作人员。

It is a very nice hotel once you arrive. The interior is clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. However, getting to the hotel can be quite challenging, especially for international travelers who do not speak Chinese. One important detail that was not disclosed is that the hotel is not directly accessible by car. This created a major inconvenience for us. Even our taxi driver was unfamiliar with the area and ended up driving into a very narrow dead-end alley. We eventually had to get out and walk approximately 300 meters with our luggage in the afternoon heat, while the driver had to struggle back his vehicle out because there was no room to turn around. Needless to say, neither we nor the driver were happy with the situation. The hotel is also difficult to locate, as it is tucked away inside an alley and partially hidden behind another hotel. I believe the hotel should provide guests with detailed arrival instructions and the best drop-off location before arrival. Another disappointment was the airport transportation information. It was advertised with a 24-hour airport shuttle service, but when we inquired about it, the quoted price was over three times the cost of a regular taxi. We ended up taking a regular taxi to the airport, but because cars cannot reach the hotel entrance, we again had to drag our luggage through the residential alley to the nearest main street to meet the taxi.If you plan to stay here, I recommend researching the arrival logistics in advance.
