Clean and big room but the pentry lacked equipment to be usable for cooking and eating. The beds weren’t comfortable and lacked top mattress.

Unfortunately, we did not receive the room we had booked. We had specifically booked a room with a kitchenette, which was of great importance to us. However, upon arrival, we were informed that this was not possible. The receptionist told us that he would contact the manager/hotel management and make sure that we received a 20% refund as compensation. However, we have not heard anything since, which I find highly unacceptable. I therefore expect the agreed 20% refund to be processed as soon as possible, and I would appreciate receiving confirmation once this has been done.

Absolut enttäuschendes Hotel-Erlebnis. Nie wieder! 1. Ergebnis: Strafzettel! Das Hotel übernimmt natürlich keinerlei Verantwortung dafür. Absolute Frechheit. Schlechte Organisation, falsche Versprechungen und null Entgegenkommen. Kann dieses Hotel definitiv nicht weiterempfehlen.

This hotel i recommend!!! When we check in they was so helpful and the service is 10 of 10. The room was big and Nice, we love it! The location is also a 10 0f 10. You have everything around you and its only 5 min to train station. All in all, this hotel giver you a good value for the money. Just go for it!
