This property along with expedia failed to meet my expectation from all quarters. I will be honest and transparent in sharing my feedback , to save the suffering and trouble that customers would run into in case this property is picked in expedia site. First of all, the address of property in expedia site is totally incorrect. It basically caused me to drive around the location on the checkin date but to no success. Essentially, I could not find the property at all by following the address in Expedia site. Second of all, the property contact number in Expedia site is incorrect. I kept calling the number over and over and everytime it said invalid. As a result, I could'nt even reach the property over phone to get their address. So essentially, on the checkin date I did'nt have anywhere to stay unless I book another hotel at a very short notice. Third of all, I reported the issue to Expedia, but to no avail, as Expedia could not reach the Property too and eventually closed the reported issue indicating that they cannot post a refund unless they reach the property. Very unfortunate situation for me, as I paid the money during the time of booking(did'nt get an option to pay at the property) and never got a refund. Sorry to share this feedback, I just don't want other customers to suffer through the same problem. This property is a SCAM!! PLEASE THINK TWICE BEFORE BOOKING THIS PROPERTY!!!
