It is a nice, clean hotel that is conveniently located. The staff was friendly, and having access to a kitchen and laundry made the stay very comfortable. The kitchen could be better stocked, but it has one of the best hotel gyms I have stayed in.

One of the best hotels for the money I've seen. The room looks more like a personal studio than a hotel room

Really clean, breakfast & specialty coffee anytime (especially outside the gym/pickle ball court) was a nice touch. Very modern basically a studio apartment with kitchenette. My favorite was having in room laundry and convenient working space on the 5th floor. Staff was always really friendly with great local recommendations. Would definitely recommend & stay again!

Excellent property with plenty of amenities. Very easy to enter with keypad codes. Really enjoyed stay.

Property is great: clean, modern, well-appointed. Maybe I'm too "unc" compared to their target demo, but too reliant on technology for my old-at-heart preferences. Check-in via app only, keynote entry to rooms, and streaming-only in-room entertainment (Roku suuuuuuuucks). But Property and amenities really were excellent. Would even stay again despite the logistical headaches.

I normally have no issues with this place and it’s my favorite place to stay downtown. However, this time I did not get the link to verify my identity for hours and hours. I sat outside the hotel for two hours calling the number that’s not even the front desk to get a verified and no one would answer.
