The roof bar offered a wonderful view of the mountains. The room was comfortable and very clean. We enjoyed The Innsbruck Welcome Card which came as part of our two night stay. Quirky, almost brutalist interior architecture, with glass rooms within the inner 'courtyard' to enjoy the vibe (although the automatic glass door wouldn't re-open for us and we had to phone reception to let us out!)

Room smelled like a cheap body spray. Was quite intense. Had to have window open to tolerate air freshener smell. Room housekeeping busted in around 17:00 and woke me up from rest. Elevators were shared with businesses, restaurants, parking and hotel. Very inefficient to use them. Workout room was nice. Pretty disappointed compared to other Radisson Reds.

Nice room - quiet and comfy bed, good views. Unfortunately let down by the breakfast - very poor selection and quality, and expected more as we have seen with other Radisson Reds. Breakfast actually appears to be in a 3rd party restaurant/cafe which may be the issue. Staff clearly experiencing some teething issues with new hotel as check in was a bit confused, was supposed to get a tourist card but not really communicated properly if this came on email or if I was supposed to contact reception and never got it.

It’s a very comfortable, quality hotel, really close both to the train station and the city’s sights, bars, restaurants and shops. The reception staff were really friendly and helpful and the room was clean and spacious. But the best thing of all is that it has a super rooftop terrace bar on the ninth floor, with the most fantastic views across Innsbrook and the mountains beyond, again with really friendly staff. Some negatives, though. The walk-in shower appeared to drain straight into the bathroom, so I spent ten minutes mopping it up with the bath mat. And I don’t know what was above my room (405), but it sounded like someone was running on a treadmill for two hours last night as I was trying to get to sleep.

The air conditioning didn’t work in our first room and we moved rooms. The second room took 4 days to cool down from 26 degrees to 21. We didn’t open any windows and kept the aircon running the whole time. It’s a very new hotel but still has teething problems. Also the toilet is in a separate room to the bathroom but no allowance has been made to fit a towel holder so you can have a towel to dry your hands. On the positive side it is very close to the train station and the views are excellent.

Easy check in, really good parking garage, the room we stayed in was really dusty the dust was flying around, the sink was dripping underneath but overall it was a good place and close to everything. The airconditioning was perfect in the warm weather.

Good beds and a good sleep. But the staff came across as rude and lacking service mind. The checkin process took significantly longer than at other hotels. Seems like they still have a lot of "new hotel" problems including lacking experience. Priced at the higher end among the hotels in town. I have stayed at 10 hotels in Innsbruck past 2 years, i rate this one second to worst.

Ne pas être pressé pour prendre l'ascenseur, qu'il faut attendre longtemps à chaque fois. Parking payant même pour les motos. Ce sont les seuls points noirs. Bra läge och utsikt, men dyrt och dåligt bemötande Vi blev tyvärr dåligt bemötta vid incheckningen och kände oss inte särskilt välkomna. Hotellet har ett bra läge och passar bra om man vill ta en promenad och se mer av Innsbruck. Vi anlände efter kl. 22 och blev förvånade över att det inte gick att beställa ens en öl på hotellet. Det fanns inte heller några öppna butiker i närheten, vilket gjorde kvällen ganska tråkig efter en lång resdag. Frukosten var bra och utsikten från hotellet var fantastisk. Det var definitivt vistelsens höjdpunkt. Sammantaget tycker vi dock att hotellet var alldeles för dyrt i förhållande till upplevelsen. Det dåliga bemötandet vid incheckningen och avsaknaden av service på kvällen gjorde att helhetsintrycket blev negativt. Vi kommer inte att bo här igen.
