8/10 很好

The staff was great. Room was ok, kind of dated and need of paint and other minor repairs. The hotel was fine. We stayed two nights, they did not clean the room after our first night.

The lobby was awesome with its outdoor look. Friendly staff and comfortable and clean room.
真實評價

8/10 很好

This is an old property but it’s fairly clean. It was perfect for a quick overnight stay on our way down to our final destination.
真實評價

A descent place to crash and lowest cost in the area.

Clean room. Very nice staff. The hotel is fairly dated and in need of some repairs...

Nice lodging at a good price. Ceiling in the pool area needs cleaned.

This was by far the best place we found in area for a reasonable price. We’ll be back.

TV didn't work first night.

Stayed one night. Hotel is fine. Pancake machine is cool but breakfast is pretty simple. No elevator so be prepared.
真實評價

6/10 不錯

The hotel itself was ok due to it being an older building, for the most part it was clean but had a stench when you walked into the room, it upset me a bit, but due to being there for only 2 nights I decided to stick it out. Overall the staff was pleasant and very helpful to my husband who needed some information on events that was going on in the area.
真實評價

8/10 很好

It was a great stay, clean, quiet and helpful staff but our second morning there, the breakfast food was minimal. Looked like they ran out of food.
真實評價

8/10 很好

Super clean and incredibly quiet stay. I would have thought I was the only one in the building, but the parking lot has half full. Perfect accommodations for my one night stay.
真實評價

8/10 很好

This is a cheap, no-frills hotel. we did not get any information about anything when we checked in (pool, breakfast, parking etc). There is no elevator here, so if you are in need of an accessible room, make sure you reserve for that...I did not ask for that on the reservation, but that was my fault, and we made the 2nd floor room work.
真實評價

8/10 很好

It was a great place for the price. No food close by breakfast was not very good no juice no yogurt very basic. Probably due to the high humidity but room smelled musty to me
真實評價

6/10 不錯

Needs a little of tlc to exterior, not well maintained, interior dated but clean, americinn signage i side and out, would not recommend
真實評價

4/10 尚可

Upon checking into our room we used the bathroom and there was hair and toilet paper on the floor in the corner. Absolutely disgusting.
真實評價

8/10 很好

The pool and hot tub colder than expected
真實評價

4/10 尚可

Spider webs in the room, dust on a lot of surfaces, splatters on the walls, bathroom door didn’t latch shut. Went down for breakfast around 0730, out of almost everything but cold cereal and muffins; no plans to refill it even though breakfast went until 0900.
真實評價

2/10 欠佳

The property looked nothing like the photos on the website. It was very ran down and dirty. Very disappointed.
真實評價

6/10 不錯

All though it says breakfast included it should say limited. Went down to breakfast room at 7 am and only had cereal no milk available although it looked like they made scrambled eggs and sausage for about 10 people based on the warmer that was out with residue in them no drinks available. Room had caulking on carpet and floor of bathroom. Picture posted of hotel is misleading.

The pictures of this place very deceiving got there was very disappointing the place was very ran down the room was so small the outside was very run down . The first day the breakfast was good the next day 7:30 no one was taking care of the food it was empty!! And the carpet in the room spelled and was wet. The first thing when I walked into the lobby though was this doesn’t look like the picture 😢😢we made the bed of what we had 😢😢

Couldn’t check in nobody at desk when used the phone it didn’t work had to go outside to call the hotel. Took over 25 + mins.
真實評價

6/10 不錯

The property had a sign that said American inn so though were at the wrong place. Maybe just a sign on the front door would have been helpful. Than when we checked out breakfast was supposed to be at 5:30 there was no one at the front desk and nothing set up we waited until 6:00 set the key on the counter and left no one was at the desk. Maybe a note if they had to leave for an emergency or something would have been nice never will stay there again
真實評價

6/10 不錯

This property was not easy to find because I was not aware it was an AericaInn, and the sign, and gps, has not changed. It would have been helpful to know that. The staff was friendly. Disappointed there was not a market to purchase a pain reliever, due to a headache. The entryway was dark, and not real welcoming, and entering the room was VERY dark, no lighting in the little hallway. Breakfast was underwhelming. Eggs were gone, and when the staff brought out a bag that had been microwaved, the eggs were very "grainy" and not edible. Hopefully the takeover by the new brand will fix and update the hotel.
