All though it says breakfast included it should say limited. Went down to breakfast room at 7 am and only had cereal no milk available although it looked like they made scrambled eggs and sausage for about 10 people based on the warmer that was out with residue in them no drinks available. Room had caulking on carpet and floor of bathroom. Picture posted of hotel is misleading.

The property had a sign that said American inn so though were at the wrong place. Maybe just a sign on the front door would have been helpful. Than when we checked out breakfast was supposed to be at 5:30 there was no one at the front desk and nothing set up we waited until 6:00 set the key on the counter and left no one was at the desk. Maybe a note if they had to leave for an emergency or something would have been nice never will stay there again

We stayed here over Labor Day weekend. Checked in the man at the front desk was very kind and helpful. Pulled the car around to unload our bags and noticed that the landscaping around the hotel was unkempt, covered in weeds, overgrown, half dead, and kind of a harbinger for what was to come. Got into our room and it looked clean and nice, and for the most part was cleanish. Room smelled a little bit like smoke, but not overpowering. Mostly smelled of chemicals, maybe some kind of bug or mold spray. Dropped our bags off and immediately went down to the pool. The water was so cloudy. It was almost milky. Couldn’t see my swim trunks, could only see about 1 foot down through the water. I grew up swimming in muddy, lakes, and dirty, rivers, and I felt uncomfortable swimming in this pool. I don’t take noting the following lightly, but on the edge of the pool was a cockroach, antennae twitching. I hadn’t seen a cockroach in decades. But there it was. I should also note there was a woman in the hot tub with her maybe 10 month old baby in there with her. Just wild. The room was OK, but the hallways and stairs all had a faint smell of smoke. And the whole place was honestly just very rundown. It was the kind of place where I tried really hard not to touch the comforter. And I’m not a prude when it comes to germs or cleanliness, I can handle some filth. I really wanted to give this place a better review, but if you’re thinking of staying there for $120 a night, try somewhere else.

This property was not easy to find because I was not aware it was an AericaInn, and the sign, and gps, has not changed. It would have been helpful to know that. The staff was friendly. Disappointed there was not a market to purchase a pain reliever, due to a headache. The entryway was dark, and not real welcoming, and entering the room was VERY dark, no lighting in the little hallway. Breakfast was underwhelming. Eggs were gone, and when the staff brought out a bag that had been microwaved, the eggs were very "grainy" and not edible. Hopefully the takeover by the new brand will fix and update the hotel.

This is a cheap, no-frills hotel. we did not get any information about anything when we checked in (pool, breakfast, parking etc). There is no elevator here, so if you are in need of an accessible room, make sure you reserve for that...I did not ask for that on the reservation, but that was my fault, and we made the 2nd floor room work.

The pictures of this place very deceiving got there was very disappointing the place was very ran down the room was so small the outside was very run down . The first day the breakfast was good the next day 7:30 no one was taking care of the food it was empty!! And the carpet in the room spelled and was wet. The first thing when I walked into the lobby though was this doesn’t look like the picture 😢😢we made the bed of what we had 😢😢
