It was fantastic and I wish I was there longer. Great space...more like a small apartment. A nice grocery store about a block away so I took full advantage of the kitchen as well. Staff was great.

Very nice hotel style room. We had 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, living room, full kitchen, laundry room and a large balcony. Do yourself a favor and pay to park on site. The only negative is the surrounding neighborhood. Looks very sketchy. Other than that, this is a hotel we will visit again if we come back to Canada.

The actual room was quite nice, nice space and clean. Location is great! However, there was construction going on our entire stay, with constant drilling that could be heard through the building. Additionally, we looked specifically for accommodation with an outdoor pool, and it was never communicated to us prior to our arrival that the pool was under maintenance. They told us maybe by the end of the day (on the day we checked in), then the next day they said there was no update and in the end it was out of commission for the entire 3 days.

It's a little confusing to find since it's tucked away on a side street (and the front of the building seems to still be under construction) but our stay here was fabulous. Wonderful view of the city from our rooms and very comfortable. Staff answered any questions very quickly by text. Even at 10 pm on a Saturday night! Will definitely stay here again. Nice area as well. Lots of restaurants and fun coffee places nearby.

Can’t say enough great things about this hotel. From being greeted at the door and being helped with my luggage and to the parking garage. We arrived early, they adjusted the rooms so we could check in early, honestly the best, most attentive staff I’ve ever had at a hotel! Thanks for the great stay, HIGHLY recommend, we’ll be back.

Perfectly equipped unit with 2 bedrooms and a huge balcony with a view of Toronto. I sent my daughter for her 19th birthday and it was a hit! They even set up a balloon with a hand written note and snacks. Very very thoughtful! I would 100% choose to stay here for my next Toronto visit.

Safe and secure!! Extremely quiet. Did not hear neighbours or others walking around. Cozy and welcoming. Everything you need from laundry to cooking your own meals right in your room! Highly recommend, I would definitely stay there again.
