Hotel is modern, clean, and comfortable. It's a newer building from an established chain. The Wifi stopped working for several days when I was there. Though this was the fault of the wifi company apparently, there didn't seem much urgency to fix it. It would be nice if there was a mini-fridge in the room. Overall, it's a nice little hotel right in the center near a metro stop and easy walking distance of all of the Centro attractions. The area around the hotel isn't great at night, but that's true of much of Mexico City. The hotel itself is completely secure. There is a lot of noise from the busy streets nearby. Overall, I would stay there again if I wanted to stay in the centro district.
