Fantasic aparthotel with a great location, friendly atmosphere, professional staff and an overall great ambience. The building is kept clean and everyone we met (guests and staff alike) were polite and courteous. I LOVE that it's pet friendly and easily accessible at all hours. Rooms are clean and perfectly adequate for both long and short stays. Water pressure is excellent and wifi is plenty fast. All I can say is, we will definitely come back when visiting Asuncion again. 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟

Loved this place. Beautiful building, balcony, laundry, good WiFi, quiet street but walking distance to all the cafes and bars. Be aware that it’s a furnished apartment more so than a hotel, and as such the rooms aren’t serviced at all—you have to replace your own toilet paper, wash your own linens, take out your own trash. I think they offer service for an extra charge.

The place was great but we had a problem with the billing. We were charged twice and even after contacting them several times they never resolved the issue.
