The room was okay; one main issue was the strong smell of drain pipe, and the AC having a weird smell too. There were also no windows, only a skylight, making the room feel quite sterile. Some art/colour would be nice. The bed was okay, the sheets were a bit annoying as they weren’t fitted but this isn’t a major issue. The location is okay, a little far from the centre and main metro stations.

It’s a simple but very clean hotel. The staff was not on site but very accessible on the phone. Friendly. The room is small but has a small fridge. The only issue for us was no blinds on the window. The street lamp was right across our window, and it was pretty bright in our room, especially by the coach directly next to the window. We found a garage five minute walk from the hotel, so we parked the car there. Otherwise, it is street parking.

There are no windows in the room, no air. The walls are thin and you can hear everyone. If something is cooking something in the kitchen the American coming to the room. The area is quite bad, not a good choice to stay in Bilbao.
